In order to apply for accreditation, please read the following BEFORE submitting your application.

To be able to complete the application form online, you will need your personal details, your passport or identity card number, and information regarding your role at the Safaricom7s 2011. To submit your application you will also need a digital copy of a passport style photograph.

1. To apply: Complete the application form below.

Photo Guidance

• Your photograph should be in jpg/jpeg/png format.
• The image must be a recent and accurate likeness of the applicant on a plain background
• The image should be a front view of the applicant’s head and shoulders ( Hats, hair bands or dark glasses may not be worn, unless always worn for religious or medical reasons)
• This file must be a maximum of 400KB in size.
• The file name must be YourfirstNameYourlastName.jpg for example: BarackObama.jpg

2. Complete your application form online and attach your photograph

3. The accreditation application process will close on Friday, October 28, 2011. You will receive an e-mail confirming receipt of your application.

4. Confirmation: To check the status of your application please contact your section head.

5. Collection
5.1. To collect your accreditation pass, please print a copy of your confirmation email and bring this, together with your passport or identity document to the Safaricom7s Tournament Office on Wednesday 2nd Nov 2011. The office will be open from 10am.
5.2. The Tournament Office can be found at the Safaricom7s Secretariat at Nyayo Stadium, Uhuru Highway.
